New site for The Woodlands Commentary

We continue to grow and as we do we have to fill in the gaps. This will soon be connected to the main page of The Woodlands Commentary and be included in the search engine. It will give us the ability to present charts and large documents on a full screen. This part of the site is more vanilla in presentation but we will try to make it more interesting than it appears offhand. Text will be sometimes be larger and easier to read than the other components of the site.
